A build-up of ear wax can cause blocked ears, reduced hearing, discomfort or ringing. Our private ear wax service begins with a careful assessment so we can understand your symptoms and check whether treatment is appropriate.
The pharmacist will examine your ears and explain the safest next step. Where removal is suitable, the available method and aftercare will be discussed before treatment. You may be asked to soften the wax with suitable drops in advance.
The consultation costs £20. Any additional treatment cost will be explained clearly before you proceed. If we identify something that needs a different type of care, we will advise you where to seek help.
