High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms. A quick check at Marton Road Pharmacy can help you understand your reading and whether any follow-up may be helpful.
A trained member of our team will take your blood pressure using a suitable cuff while you are seated and rested. We may repeat the reading for accuracy and ask a few relevant health questions. Your result is explained clearly, including what the numbers mean.
The service is free for eligible NHS patients. If the reading is outside the expected range, we will advise on the appropriate next step. This may include lifestyle guidance, monitoring or contacting your GP.
